I went viral twice with my bizarre experience with Amazon.

The difference between frustration and loyalty often comes down to one thing: how you treat your customer when things go wrong.

“A great product sells. But exceptional service makes customers stay and talk.”

I went viral twice with my bizarre experience with Amazon.
Jeff Bezos still hasn’t called me. Probably busy 😉

Paid 3 times for the same product, still no confirmation.
Customer service could not help.
Refund? Yes.
Successful purchase? No.

But it can be done differently.

With Quooker, I had the exact opposite experience. What AMAZING service!

The handle of my tap broke off. It happens. I called them. Super friendly employee on the line. With just my postal code, they immediately pulled up the full history of my tap.

Turns out the tap was 9 years old. Repair was no longer possible. Fair enough.
But because it was still within 10 years, I got 50% off a new one!
And free delivery.
And free installation.

WOW

Because everything went so smoothly, I decided to try installing it myself using their instruction video. Piece of cake. Within 2 days, I had a new tap. For half the price.

Yes, Quooker is not cheap.
But you get a product that lasts nearly 10 years and world-class service.

This is how you build happy customers.
This is how you build a strong product.
This is how you build a brand.

That is why I am happy to share this:
a big shoutout to Quooker. They truly earned it.

And even better: one of our very first and most valued clients, Tjerk van der Veen, is their Marketing Manager. What a legend. He is working on management by facts, AI marketing, and marketing transformation at Quooker International.

And who knows, maybe soon we will roll out something great together in B2B across Europe.

👉 Drop a like for Quooker if you want to support this.
👉 And drop a like if you want to see more of these collaborations grow.

What is your best customer experience? Curious to hear 👇
