Objective

The goal of the session with students from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht was to provide them with insight into how LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and personal branding are becoming increasingly important within modern marketing, sales, and sports organizations such as FC Utrecht.

The focus was on:

Strengthening personal branding among students

Using LinkedIn strategically for networking and professional visibility

Introducing Sales Navigator as a strategic tool

Demonstrating how AI and video are becoming increasingly important in content and communication

Fostering a proactive and visible mindset toward future career opportunities

Additionally, the goal was to provide students with practical insights they could immediately apply during internships, projects, and their future careers.

Approach

During the interactive session, we joined Esra and Alejandro on a visit to Pauline Hendriks and Natalie Teeken to introduce students to the latest developments surrounding LinkedIn, AI, and video.

The session revolved around one central message: visibility and personal branding are becoming increasingly important in the modern job market.

With that in mind, we took a practical approach to:
