This is Uri Uhlenkamp. Our very first colleague in Suriname. Now part of our team for almost 4 years.
You can see it right away. Entrepreneurship is not tied to a country. It lives in people.
But besides his work, he is also building his own dreams. In fact: he doesn’t have one tea brand, but two. Claritea and TeaFresh.
Of course, we had to taste them. And honestly? Really amazing.
That’s what I love so much about entrepreneurship. You don’t have to choose between dreaming and doing. You can build your career and your own business at the same time.
During our trip through Suriname, we saw this everywhere. Our colleagues are not only incredibly social, loyal and great to work with. Many of them are also building something of their own. A tea brand. Bags. Paintings. Photography. Studies. There is so much ambition.
