A few times a day, we get coached by Jeff.
For six days, he challenges us, holds up a mirror and helps us help each other.
And it makes me think a lot about my brother.
My brother is 11 years younger than me, but he taught me one very important lesson:
A company becomes much more sustainable when everyone is happy in their role.
Him.
Me.
And all the amazing people around us.
He started working on that for himself first.
Being happy with what he does.
Knowing where his strengths are.
And understanding what gives him energy.
Then he started coaching our team as well, together with different team coaches like Lounas.
And now, it’s my turn.
This week, I’m doing that here in the north of Finland, together with eight great entrepreneurs, Olivier and Jeff.
I’m learning so much from the people around me.
About business.
About myself.
And maybe that’s one of the most important lessons of entrepreneurship:
Success isn’t only about growing your company.
It’s also about creating a company where people can actually be happy.
Hopefully, that’s something I can inspire others with as well.
