Now I know why they call this the Highlands. 🏔️
We hiked Ben Lomond in Scotland, a 974-metre mountain overlooking Loch Lomond, with views that make you stop even when your legs still have plenty of energy left.
And those legs had to work.
It was beautiful, but definitely challenging. Steep stretches, and a few sections where we were literally climbing on our hands and knees.
Along the way, we saw mountain lakes, felt the wind and the cold, and warmed up again through the effort of climbing.
Every now and then, the sun would come out and hit our faces, making an already incredible landscape even more beautiful.
Somewhere along the trail, you forget about your to-do list, your KPIs and your business.
Your world suddenly becomes much simpler.
There are really only three things that matter.
Your body, because it has to get you up that mountain.
Nature, because you finally take the time to look around and experience something that feels almost spiritual.
And the people you share it with, because the conversations, the laughs and the encouragement make the whole experience.
And you know what’s funny?
We still closed deals and started new partnerships along the way.
On the way down, after the hard climb, we were full of inspiration and a real sense of fulfilment. Somehow, the conversations naturally turned into opportunities.
You spend hours climbing together, sharing stories and getting to know each other better.
By the time you start talking business, you’ve already built something valuable:
a relationship.
Simply amazing.
Thanks, guys, for the company, the conversations and another incredible memory. ❤️
