“You don’t scale a business with hacks. You scale it by consistently doing the right things for years.”

I don’t want to sound tough and I doubted for a long time whether I should post this.

But honestly:

If you want to scale your business from €10K to €100K in 30 days…

These kinds of promises are, in my opinion, almost always empty promises.

But then how do you actually scale a business?

Not with tricks.
Not with “smart hooks.”
And definitely not with one magical funnel.

It happens step by step.

And yes, that depends on many factors:

• Your market – who you truly serve and where the demand is
• Your proposition – how sharp and relevant your offer is
• Your branding – what people say about you when you’re not in the room
• Your sales processes – how predictable your lead-to-client journey is
• Your sales skills – how well you actually handle conversations

But one thing is always decisive:

Building relationships.

And building relationships takes time.
Just like in real life.

What’s essential in that process:

• Consistency – start today and never stop
• Personal contact – no proposition pushing, just getting to know people
• Adding value – share knowledge and insights
• Showing expertise – don’t just say it, prove it
• Good follow-up – 80% of new business comes from conversations lasting longer than 6 months

Structure and a solid CRM are not luxuries. They are requirements.

So yes, there is a formula for success.

But there is no trick to go from €10K to €100K in one month.

It’s a system.

Of hard work.
And consistently taking the right steps.
