Five years ago, Frits and I met while skiing, back then they were still just the three of them. Now? A team of 40 strong. And not just any team… but all Wealth Managers 🤯
And that for no less than 150 families. Respect!
And he can speak as well. What a vision. No hidden agendas, no other interests, no small commissions here and there, just 100% focus on the interest of the family. Now that’s what you call a family office. And at the same time, super disruptive.
It’s remarkable how dusty such a sector can be… and how refreshing it is when someone stands up and does things differently. Great to see what Frits has built together with Lodewijk and Claudia.
And the culture? Full speed ahead.
No 3.5-day workweeks or endless working from home, but building together, going all in. In this day and age, almost unusual, but that’s exactly why it’s so strong. Hard work is not a bad word. In fact, it might be one of the most beautiful things there is.
