This is the most beautiful form of teamwork.
It comes down to combined effort, sacrifice, and unconditional support.
First, your team lifts you up. Four or five people come together so that one person can fly. Everyone is working toward the same goal, yet only one rises into the spotlight.
That takes sacrifice. Not everyone gets to shine in that moment. But the truth is, the shine belongs to all of you.
That one person flies higher than they ever could alone.
And when the flight ends and the descent begins, the team is there again, ready to catch you and break your fall. You land softer than you ever could on your own.
This is not one person flying high.
This is a team achieving something no individual could ever accomplish alone.
So ask yourself: are you the one who flies, the one who lifts, or the one who catches?
Respect your team. Appreciate your team.
