Especially SME entrepreneurs. We’re much better off helping each other than criticizing each other.

A classic mistake.
And yes, I’ve made mistakes like this myself more than once.
With emails, WhatsApps and plenty of other things.
So please let me know whenever there’s something I can improve too.
