‘Fake it till you make it.’

That’s literally what I said to Alexis during Your Next Step at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

I was going to give a guest lecture. Not in the main hall, but right next to it. I walked past while the room was filling up for the keynote… and thought: I’ll just quickly take a picture. That way it looks like I was there 😉

Texted Alexis: “fake it till you make it.”
We had a good laugh about it again. And honestly, that’s what it’s about too. Having fun together.

After that, it got serious again.

Strong sessions. Good conversations. Real content.

Thor was at the job fair all day helping students optimize their profiles. A lot of interest and immediate visible results. Great to see.

Of course, I dove back into my favorite game:
sales on LinkedIn.

Or actually… not sales.
Networking.

Because sales doesn’t fail because conversion is low.
Conversion is low because people don’t follow up.

No structure. No consistency. No administration.

And while:
