This morning I unexpectedly had to onboard a new colleague.
Honestly, entrepreneurship is a lot like maintaining a family. My wife is just as much of an entrepreneur as I am. Respect!
◦ Entrepreneurship never really stops, it’s 24/7.
◦ You’re the first one awake and the last one to leave.
◦ And when you think everything is finally under control, five minutes later it’s chaos again.
◦ A lot becomes routine, but maintaining structure is still difficult.
◦ Most days are basically one long sequence of putting out fires.
◦ Managing the team is incredibly challenging, but in the end you get so much love in return.

◦ Everyone has different interests, but ultimately we all want the same thing:

Although I must admit, it was the first time a colleague asked if she could have a bite of my yogurt 🤣
