This is entrepreneurship as it is.
For the first 5 years of building your company…
you run like this.
Fast.
Loud.
All-in.
Always “on”.
And honestly?
It looks cool.
It’s energetic.
It’s crazy.
It’s necessary.
But here’s what I’m realizing now:
You can’t hold on to this level forever.
At some point, you have to slow down.
Not because you’re weak.
But because you’re human.
Because if you don’t slow down…
you fall.
This guy is insane.
Full focus. No fear.
But what struck me most was this:
His colleague wasn’t really waiting for him.
And it instantly made me think:
The market doesn’t wait either.
When you slow down, someone else passes you.
When you hesitate, someone else launches.
When you rest too long, someone else becomes “the new standard”.
So you keep pushing.
Not because you want to…
but because it feels like you have to.
To stay ahead.
To lead.
To win.
Inspiring? Absolutely.
Confronting? Also yes.
