Almost as complex and scary as building a business.
At some point, you just have to take the dive into the deep.
You start without knowing exactly what’s going to happen.
You’re afraid to fall, afraid to make the wrong decisions and probably not fully prepared for everything that’s coming your way.
And then the complexity kicks in.
Suddenly, you’re not just building a product or delivering a service.
You need to understand marketing, sales, HR, relationships, finance, operations, strategy…
And probably ten other things you never expected to become part of your job.
The biggest difference?
Once this structure is finished, there’s a moment when you can say:
We built it.
With a business, that moment almost never comes.
The complexity just keeps going.
Your team grows, your clients change, technology changes, competition changes and every solution seems to create a new challenge.
The project is never really done.
Although…
When I look at a gigantic structure like this, I can imagine the work here never truly stops either.
Building it is one thing.
Maintaining it, improving it and keeping something this complex running safely for years is a completely different challenge.
Deep respect for the people who build structures like this.
And just as much respect for the entrepreneurs who keep building their businesses every single day.
