This is LinkedIn’s most viral video on YouTube.
And it’s about their new LinkedIn Premium All-in-One.
I actually think the concept makes a lot of sense. LinkedIn is trying to create one package for small business owners who want to find clients, market themselves and occasionally hire people through LinkedIn. You get sales, marketing and hiring tools in one subscription, including prospecting, AI support and credits to boost posts.
What are you supposed to choose nowadays?
Premium Business for more insights and premium networking features.
Premium All-in-One for a combination of sales, marketing and recruitment.
Sales Navigator if you’re serious about finding prospects, leads and accounts.
Recruiter Lite if hiring is your main focus.
Premium Company Page if you want more functionality from your company page.
And then, of course, you still have regular Company Pages, boosting, LinkedIn Ads, and the more advanced versions of Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
A lot of possibilities.
So my advice would be: don’t start with the question, “Which Premium subscription do I need?”
Start with: what are you actually trying to achieve on LinkedIn?
If your main goal is visibility and networking, Free or Premium Business may already be enough.
If you’re a small business owner doing your own marketing, sales and hiring, All-in-One looks very interesting. It brings a lot of separate functionality together.
But if LinkedIn is a serious B2B new business channel for you, I wouldn’t simply replace Sales Navigator. All-in-One includes sales functionality, but Sales Navigator is still much stronger for targeted prospecting and building lead and account lists.
The only small feedback I have is the strong focus on sales, of course 😉
To me, LinkedIn is not about selling.
It’s about networking. Building relationships. Staying visible with the right people and continuously strengthening your network.
Sales is the result of that.
Now they just need to make it a little easier to understand which subscription we actually need 😅
Have you already tried LinkedIn Premium All-in-One?
