We are in the Sovereign Wild. The Amazon in Suriname.

There is no streaming water in the houses. People bathe, wash their clothes and prepare food in the river.

There is barely any electricity. Many people use battery-powered lights.

There are just a few small shops and almost everything is twice as expensive as it is in the city. People live from what nature provides.

Life here is not poor.
Life is rich.

Just… basic. Just perfect.

But here’s the thing.

Everybody has a phone.
They have internet.
They have Instagram.
And they use AI. Can you believe it?

Maybe I have a few prospects here to introduce to LinkedIn 😉

What a crazy paradox, right?

They live so differently. So isolated. Yet they’re much closer to the rest of the world than we often think.

Since I started posting from the jungle, I’ve gained more than 300 new followers.

I’m honestly a bit confused.

One moment I’m washing in the river with the locals. The next moment I’m talking about AI and checking LinkedIn in the middle of the Amazon rainforest.

I’m still completely out of this world.

And incredibly grateful that I get to live this life, even if it’s just for one week.
