This week my feed was full of it.
Caricatures. AI avatars. Cartoon versions of ourselves.
So… I joined in 😄
Not because it’s the next big thing.
But because it says something interesting about where we are with AI on LinkedIn.
On one hand:
Keeping up with social media trends still matters.
Not to chase reach, but to stay part of the conversation.
This kind of AI usage is light, visual and fun.
Low threshold. Easy to react to. Easy to share.
On the other hand:
I also feel something else happening.
We’re moving fast from “wow, AI” to “ok, what now?”
In B2B I see three clear shifts:
• AI is becoming hygiene, not a differentiator
• Attention is moving back to perspective, taste and opinion
• Content that feels human beats content that feels perfect
My opinion?
AI is no longer impressive by default.
What you do with it is.
My tips from how I look at this:
Use AI to amplify your thinking, not to replace it.
Let it help you visualize, structure or speed things up to find market trends.
And start using AI videos
and real videos as well! Just make selfie videos everywhere.
