Every LinkedIn Post Is a Puzzle 🧩

More reach doesn’t come from one magic trick. It comes from getting all the pieces right, again and again.

Every post is a puzzle. Keep putting the pieces together.

This is how we help our content coaching clients reach 2 to 3 times more views.

Because every post is a puzzle.

What’s the topic? Does it connect with what’s happening in your market and what your audience actually cares about?

What’s the hook? Is it strong enough to make someone stop scrolling?

What does your image or video do? Does it stand out in the feed, or does someone scroll straight past it without thinking?

And then there’s the story.

Do people actually keep reading all the way to the end?

Because ultimately, a lot comes down to dwell time.

So you really have two important goals:

Get people to stop scrolling.

And then keep them there long enough to read the entire post.

If you can do both, you’re onto something.

That’s also why I pay much less attention to the number of likes, saves or comments a post gets.

What matters in the end is how many people you actually reach and how many relevant views you build.

But before you start optimising every individual post, you need to get the foundation right.

What’s your strategy?

What’s your goal?

Which media are you using?

What’s your style?

Which topics do you want to own?

And what’s the plan for the next few months?

Once that foundation is in place, we optimise every post again.

Topic. Hook. Visual. Story.

Putting the puzzle together, over and over again.

That’s the secret.
