Why posting once a week won’t grow your LinkedIn

More posting means faster learning and growth

“Growth on LinkedIn doesn’t come from one post, but from consistency and data.”

Posting once or twice a week on LinkedIn is not enough.
Post at least 3 times per week.
Preferably: every day.

Why? 👇
Not only because you stay top-of-mind and get seen more.
But also because you finally have enough data.

Posting 4 times per month?
That’s simply not enough to really analyze what works.
What resonates?
Which hook works?
Which angle doesn’t?

✔️ you can test more
✔️ measure more
✔️ optimize faster
✔️ and improve faster

And no, posting every day is not too much.
On average, a LinkedIn post is visible for about 24 hours.
Even viral posts.

👉 Once a day is optimal.
More than that, and you start cannibalizing your reach.

When to post?

🕗 Weekdays: between 08:00 and 09:00
Not too early. Definitely not too late.
Posting after 17:00? You’ll see about 50% less reach.

📆 Weekend? Totally fine.
Between 10:00 and 11:00 often performs best.

🚫 Worst moment: Friday afternoon.

But… (and this is the most important part)
quality > everything.

Because a truly strong post?
It will still perform, even on a Friday night 😉

And lastly, something personal ❤️
I’ll be running a marathon for the Autism Foundation.
