Sometimes you receive a message from a client… and it just brings tears to your eyes.
Heartwarming. Truly.
There’s no better example of why we do this.
A little peek behind the scenes:
Five years ago, we started something we honestly had no idea how to do: we built our own AI tool. Just one data scientist. Tinkering on our own. No clue how it really worked. And honestly? Still not entirely, haha.
But then OpenAI came along… and that’s when we really took off.
Today, 50% of our revenue comes from our AI tools. But the best part isn’t the revenue. The best part is this: we make people happy and successful. And that is what brings fulfillment.
Two years ago, we also made a big internal shift for Customer Success:
- Set up a team in Suriname (6 amazing people there 💪)
- In the Netherlands, people are 360-degree responsible, including management tasks
- Strong focus on KPIs and personal development
Not always fun, sometimes tough. But what a result. Happy and successful clients again 🙂
Proud is an understatement.

And then, last but not least:
The client.
Because let’s be honest: success is ultimately in your hands.
Our tools and service help, absolutely. But the one who truly makes the difference is you.
Not every client is (immediately) successful, let’s be transparent about that. And that’s okay. But the clients who really make it… they push through themselves. They choose to.
So here’s a big compliment to you. 👏
