Yesterday, I had the pleasure of giving a LinkedIn Masterclass and sharing my entrepreneurial journey with De Ronde Tafel Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
Thanks to the invitation from Max Lammertink, I got to share my LinkedIn secrets with 15 entrepreneurs.
Right in his own living room.
How cool is that?!
And I have to say, what an amazing concept De Ronde Tafel is.
It’s essentially a group of friends and entrepreneurs who get together every two weeks to share their experiences, challenges, successes and, of course, their struggles.
All locally, which makes the connections even stronger.
Everyone is under 40 and right in the middle of building their careers, businesses, families and personal lives.
A phase where so much is happening, both professionally and personally.
And that’s exactly when having a group of like-minded people around you can be incredibly valuable.
This is what real networking is about to me.
Building relationships.
Supporting each other.
Sharing knowledge.
Growing together.
Exactly what I believe in.
Too bad I’m turning 40 next week. Otherwise, I would have happily joined a local chapter myself. 😉
Of course, we also went deep into LinkedIn.
We talked about personal branding, thought leadership, optimizing your profile, understanding your market, creating content and using Sales Navigator effectively.
And we even went deep into LinkedIn Recruiter.
I was genuinely impressed by the enthusiasm, curiosity and knowledge in the room.
These guys really wanted to learn, challenge ideas and understand how to get more out of their networks.
And that’s what makes giving these Masterclasses so rewarding.
It’s not just about sharing knowledge.
It’s about exchanging experiences and learning from each other.
