3 Degrees. And Somehow, It Feels Warm. 🥶

Six days in the wilderness show you how little you actually need — and how much clarity comes from stripping life back to the basics.

The less you have, the clearer what matters becomes.

Taking a bath in a 3-degree river in Finland.

This is how we do it here.

For six days, we’re living right in the middle of the wilderness.

No electricity, no beds, no houses and no running water.

But water?

We have plenty of that.

Fresh enough to drink and cold enough to wake up every single cell in your body.

Okay… maybe a little too fresh. 😉

But after a full day of hiking, this is exactly what we need.

The eight of us are living together in the wild.

We camp, hike, cook and survive together.

There’s barely any internet, so we carry super batteries just to keep our phones alive.

And we use our phones a lot less than we normally would.

Although experiences like this obviously need to be filmed. 😉

Taking a natural ice bath like this does something to both your body and your mind.

It gives you strength, energy and, strangely enough, even makes you feel warm afterwards.

But the biggest effect is perspective.

Out here, everything becomes simple.

We hike together.
We eat together.
We bathe together.
We help each other.

Nature gives us almost everything we need.

And suddenly, so many of the things we normally stress about feel a lot smaller.

This is what truly matters.

And I already know we’ll take these experiences and lessons with us into the way we live, lead and run our companies.

Forever.

Thank you, Outspire.
