Yesterday I discovered that my best friend and neighbor has a natural swimming pool in his garden.
They just moved here, and it’s literally 250 meters from my backyard.
I had no idea this little paradise was so close.
You thought Almere was ugly?
Think again. 😉
So this morning, before leaving for Finland, I jumped straight in.
Today I’m flying to Finland for a hiking week with Outspire – Creativity Hikes and a group of entrepreneurs.
We’re heading into the wild, camping somewhere we don’t even know yet, and basically finding out how well we can survive together.
I’m really excited about this adventure.
And honestly, it couldn’t have started any better than with a morning swim in nature.
And that’s actually why I’m posting this.
Take the opportunities life gives you.
Yesterday I discovered this pool.
Today I’m swimming in it.
Sometimes it really can be that simple.
And I have to say, a natural swimming pool is fascinating.
The water is fresh, incredibly clean and feels completely different from a regular pool.
It honestly feels cleaner than drinking water.
And now it’s time for Finland.
Stay tuned, because there will probably be plenty more nature updates coming your way this week. 🌲
