Tenzing is actively looking for business and IT professionals to join their network. At the beginning of September, they first came to us to ask for help with their recruitment of potential candidates.
We first sat down and discussed Tenzing’s current mission and objectives. Based on their aims, we discussed a suitable strategy. We kept in close contact from the start of the campaign. Anything they wanted to edit or adjust was done right away. They also used our dashboard to see if things were going as they wished. We had contact through e-mail, WhatsApp, and if something was more pressing through the phone. Working with such short communication lines helped to ensure that they always felt involved and that we were always aware of their wants and needs in real-time. This created a very positive collaboration and therefore a successful campaign.
