"They don't sell, they teach. They share perspectives, frameworks, and stories that people remember. That's why their audience grows and opportunities follow."

Most LinkedIn posts fail in the first 3 seconds.

Not because the topic is bad. Not because the person has nothing to say. But because there’s no strategy behind it.

I’m recording my LinkedIn Content Strategy Academy right now and this photo is proof that creating a good post doesn’t have to be hard. Once you know the structure and theory, AI can help you create content like this in minutes.

But here’s what really makes the difference:
• Understand your audience’s challenges and language before you write a single word
• Choose the right format: video to show energy, carousels to educate, photos to connect
• Mix personal stories to humanize your brand with thought leadership to build authority
• Avoid the biggest mistake: pushing your proposition instead of pulling people in
• Use no #’s and no external links
• Videos perform 80% better when they are under 20 seconds

💡 Tip: Always test your hook by reading only the first line out loud. If it doesn’t make someone curious to keep reading, rewrite it. Sounds crazy, but I show it in my academy and it really works!!

Look at the best thought leaders on LinkedIn. They don’t sell, they teach. They share perspectives, frameworks, and stories people remember. That’s why their audience grows and opportunities follow.

When you master that, LinkedIn stops being noise and becomes a real growth engine for your brand.
