Training to connect better

The new commercial approach of YouLynq.me: the focus is not on sales techniques but on building lasting relationships based on trust.

"We’re not training to sell more. We’re training to connect better."

We’re not training to sell more. We’re training to connect better.

At YouLynq.me, we believe that real commercial success doesn’t start with sales, it starts with people.

That’s why we’re proud to have Lounas A. guiding our team through a series of commercial development sessions. Lounas is not only an experienced CCO with a proven international track record, he’s also someone who deeply understands that modern commerce is about human connection.

🧠 This isn’t sales training in the traditional sense.

It’s about developing commercial empathy.

It’s about bringing the light on what can turn into operational improvements (in terms of collaboration, practice, focus).

It’s about truly understanding the intrinsic values and motivations of our clients.

And yes, ultimately, it’s about building long-term relationships where commercial outcomes arise naturally from mutual understanding and trust.

The theory behind this?

→ Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan) teaches us that people are driven by autonomy, competence and relatedness. The same applies to customer relationships. When our team understands their own drivers, they become better at recognizing and supporting those of others. That’s where real value is created.

We talk a lot about customer success, but it starts with team success:

• Are the business fundamentals sound?

• Is your team feeling empowered?

• Are they growing personally and professionally?

• Are they incentivised to ask questions, challenge each other and explore new ideas?

We invest in our people so they can bring their full selves to the table. When they do, our clients feel it. The conversations are deeper. The collaboration is stronger. The outcomes are better.
