For 5 years now, I haven’t had any alcohol, and for the past 2 weeks, I’ve had zero sugar. What a difference!!
As an entrepreneur, training and eating well are important for two things: body and mind. It sounds cliché, and it is, haha, but it’s so true.
This Wednesday was boxing again with coach Biondi Pikientio. This time it was just me and Maarten, but it doesn’t matter, it’s about the focus, the challenge, and the energy.
It’s not just a physical activity with your colleague; you get to know each other in a different way. You help each other, you see each other struggle, and that creates a bond that goes beyond work.
Physically, you train, challenge yourself, you struggle, and you get fitter. And that is so important!
The same goes for nutrition. You are what you eat. I haven’t had any alcohol for 5 years, and that has brought me everything.
And now, after 2 weeks without soda or candy, I feel 20% happier and more energetic right away.
I could never have achieved what we have now without giving up alcohol, without exercising, and without living consciously.
You determine how you feel. How beautiful is that!
