"Consistency is the secret."

10 calls and 3 deals on your first day! that’s what benjamin and i experienced when we did some sales together to train benjamin 🏎️

it was probably because of the max verstappen room we were in at tribes inspiring workplaces 🏁

in any case, the energy was good and we ended the day with a huge high-five! 🖐

compliments to you, benjamin, because after 6 years i’m used to it, but you actively contributed for 8 straight hours and not many people can match that!

but how did we achieve this result?

it’s the combination of 2 things: long-term brand building and building 1-on-1 relationships.

we have been active on linkedin for 6 years now. we have really tried everything, but one thing has never changed: we don’t stop. sharing knowledge, sharing successes, telling stories, sharing event content and so on. videos, photos, carousels, whitepapers, gifs, it never ends. too much to mention, but consistency is the secret.

then, building the 1-on-1 relationship. first, by showing 1-on-1 interest in people on linkedin and second, by making a connection during a call. what’s the secret here? staying personal and authentic and having a genuine interest in the other person. that is step 1. step 2? believe 100% in your own story and that it will help people. that way you can advise instead of sell. and last but not least: administration. that’s not very sexy, but your success depends on how well you keep track of everything and keep it warm.
