Everyone posted! What an absolute powerhouse week with Team Brunel 🔥

I have to wait a week myself to share this post there were so many flying around already! I don’t think I’ve ever had a masterclass where everyone posted so enthusiastically.

And to think that, at the start of the session, I asked who would be posting by the end… and no one raised their hand.

Now that’s what I call growth!

Massive compliments to the recruitment and consultancy team, and of course to the marketing department 👏🏻👏🏻

We learned just how important it is to have a fully optimized LinkedIn profile and that you should always reach out to clients and even candidates personally before diving into content after connecting.

It was also super insightful to explore the difference between LinkedIn InMails and connection requests. InMails are highly professional, while connections help build long-term relationships.

And we did a deep dive into the classic Boolean search a powerful way to sharpen your recruitment or Sales Navigator lists even further.
