No new connections, no reach on your posts!
Today was the final meeting of the Content Challenge! 🎉
It was amazing if I may say so myself 🙂
The first session: how do you start posting?
👉 What’s a good angle?
👉 What works better: image, video, or text?
👉 And most importantly: how do you tell a story that sticks?
The second session: analyze, learn, improve.
We reviewed each other’s posts, gave feedback, laughed, and learned.
And the best part? Everyone saw a boost in reach.
(Okay… almost everyone 😉)
And today, the grand finale: Networking.
Because let’s be honest you can post all you want, but without new, relevant connections, your reach will stay limited.
New connections are the first to see your latest post, your network becomes more relevant, and your content keeps you top of mind while engaging in conversations.
Too many reasons why posting and networking are inseparable.
LinkedIn’s SSI score says it all:
📈 50% is about building the right relationships.
So:
🔹 Make lists of interesting prospects.
🔹 Add 20 people every day.
🔹 And make it personal.
No tricks, no hooks, no “sales ninja” language.
Just real, relevant, and honest.
Send something simple like:
“Great to connect! I’m sure we can learn from each other.
Want to have a quick chat sometime?”
You’ll get yeses, maybes, laters but rarely a no.
And then comes the real work: follow-up.
80% of your business comes from conversations that run for at least 6 months.
So hang in there. Never give up.
💥 Post twice a week.
💬 Talk to 20 people daily.
Do that for 12 months and you won’t believe what happens.
You’ll have built a sales machine not made of steel and scripts, but of real relationships.
Because success isn’t a trick.
It’s consistency and hard work.
🔥 Thanks to everyone who joined! It was a blast!
