5 LinkedIn trends you can’t miss

How to effectively use LinkedIn to build personal relationships.

"On LinkedIn, it's one by one by one; every day you talk to a few people, and that's how you build relationships."

WHOEHOE, I have mapped out 5 LinkedIn trends together with Marketingfacts. Super cool! 🏆

It’s all about authenticity and storytelling. We all know that content needs to be more personal. But I see this happening too little. We, people on LinkedIn, want to be taken along in the story. We want to read about experiences, expertise, and insights.

On LinkedIn, it’s all about building personal relationships. How do you do that? There’s no simple explanation, or a quick roadmap, or a lead button that I can press for you! You can send an email campaign to ten thousand people, and you’ll probably get something out of it. On LinkedIn, it’s 1 to 1 to 1. Every day you talk to a few people, and this is how you build relationships. You need to nurture them and follow up. So, if you want a roadmap from me, it would look like this:

  1. Make sure you have a perfect LinkedIn profile. How do you do that? Check out the 10 steps on our site. 🔗
  2. Start telling stories and share at least twice a week a fun, personal, substantial, and timely blog. Of course, with a beautiful photo or design. 🎨
  3. Approach people as if you’re meeting them for the first time at a networking event. Don’t pitch or push right away. Take it easy! Focus on sharing knowledge and getting to know each other. 🤝
  4. There are MANY tools that can help you with this. Keep it quiet, but I personally use 6 tools for my LinkedIn! The most important thing is a well-functioning CRM system. Excel is perfectly fine as long as you keep it VERY well maintained. 📊

And AI? Yes, lots of AI. To write blogs? I don’t know 🤷‍♂️

What do you think? AI for your content creation or not? ✅ or 👎

The blog is in the first comment. Thanks, Marketingfacts!
