Watching someone blow glass is fascinating.
Heat.
Timing.
Pressure.
Patience.
Too much force and the piece collapses.
Too little and it never becomes anything meaningful.
The more I create content on LinkedIn, the more I think it resembles glassblowing.
You start with raw material:
an observation,
a lesson,
a perspective worth sharing.
Then comes the technique.
Structure.
Clarity.
Pacing.
Knowing how far to stretch an idea before it breaks.
But technique alone is not enough.
Glassblowing is still art.
And so is content creation.
Two people can use the same AI tools and create completely different outcomes.
One creates noise.
The other creates something people feel.
The best LinkedIn creators are not just posting consistently.
They are refining a craft.
Because over time, you are not only shaping content.
You are shaping your voice.
