Video is the new gold 🥇
We just wrapped up a strong masterclass with the team at Billink, and one thing became immediately clear: LinkedIn is evolving fast, and video is playing an increasingly important role 🎥
Billink, known as one of the safest post-payment solutions in the Netherlands and Belgium, is already doing a great job. By allowing consumers to receive and evaluate products before paying, while still guaranteeing payment to the seller, they make online shopping more transparent and accessible. A strong proposition, supported by a team that clearly understands where the market is heading.
What stood out right away is that the team is already actively working with video. That’s not something you see everywhere. Many companies are still observing, hesitating or postponing. So the fact that they’re already taking action says a lot.
At the same time, we went deeper.
We optimized LinkedIn profiles across the team to ensure strong positioning and consistency. We looked at how to build targeted lists using Boolean Search, how to structure and follow up conversations in HubSpot, and how to write posts that actually capture attention.
We also covered how AI can support this, both in speed and in quality.
But the biggest shift was around video.
Because video works. It captures attention, builds trust faster and makes your message more human. At the same time, it requires more from you. It takes effort, it can feel uncomfortable and it involves editing.
That’s exactly why most people don’t do it.
And that’s exactly why it works so well.
The teams that are willing to step in front of the camera, experiment and stay consistent are the ones that will stand out.
Billink is ready for that next step.
Great to see a team already moving in this direction and building an early advantage 🚀
