Welcome back to the tip of the week. We started the series about optimizing your LinkedIn profile. Last week we talked about recommendations and endorsements. This week we will go to step 4, which is having a good background. Yes, and especially when you have a commercial profile, like when you are the owner or a CCO or a sales manager, it’s very important to have a personal background, because it doesn’t look too much like a branded sales background. And also you have immediately an opening in your first conversation, because you can talk about your personal background, which might be kitesurfing or golfing or sailing.
